ENTRY:

USAG reservations must be made by March 7th.

Please go on to USA Gymnastics reservations system and register ALL of your athletes who could qualify and are interested in attending.  Athletes who do not qualify must be scratched by Monday, March 7th.

PAYMENT:

We will be using MeetMaker to process payments.   You must have your USAG club number on MeetMaker so it can sync up to USA Gymnastics reservation system.  Payments MUST be made by March 7th.

All Entries $120, no team entry.  All fees must be paid to Meetmaker by Monday, March 10th.

Late fees of $50 per athlete will start Tuesday, March 11th.  Refunds deadline is March 7, 2025.

COACHES REGISTRATION:

Coaches attending state meet must be pre-registered through the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System . Coaches not pre-registered will be assessed a $100 coaches registration fee to be allowed on the floor.

AWARDS:  Medals for 50% of places for Individual Events and All Around.

EQUIPMENT: AAI Elite Equipment and boards at each event
