Gymfinity Children's Activity Center is looking for energetic, customer-focused Hospitality Assistants to join our team. This role is much more than answering phones or checking people in. As one of the first points of contact for our families, you will help create an outstanding experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.
Our Hospitality Assistants combine customer service, relationship building, sales, and administrative skills to help families find the programs that best fit their needs while ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.

What You'll Do
- Welcome students, families, and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
- Build relationships with prospective and current families
- Answer questions about classes, camps, birthday parties, special events, and competitive programs
- Guide families through registration and enrollment processes
- Assist with sales of programs, memberships, events, and pro shop merchandise
- Navigate and maintain information within our customer management and billing systems
- Process registrations, payments, and account updates accurately
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, text, and in person
- Work collaboratively with coaches, department leaders, and office staff to provide exceptional service
- Help ensure the front office remains organized, efficient, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, admissions, retail, or a fast-paced office environment
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Experience working with customer management, CRM, scheduling, registration, or billing systems preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate complex software systems quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Cheerful, professional, diplomatic, and solution-focused
- Team player who enjoys helping others succeed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces throughout the facility
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Schedule
- Must be available to work 2 weekday evenings starting no later than 4:00 PM
- Alternating weekends (including Friday nights) required
- Approximately 10-15 hours per week
Compensation is based on experience.

- Experience working with children, families, recreation, education, or youth programs is a plus

Gymnastics is the foundation of strength, confidence, and coordination and Gymfinity is looking for upbeat, fun, and reliable people to coach kids ages 18 months to 5 years old in our Preschool Gymnastics program! Our program introduces children ages 18 months to 5 years to the world of movement and play in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Lessons are created on site by a trained educator and are theme-based and play-driven, helping kids learn through imagination and motion.

Full Job Description
The fever around Ninja Warrior and parkour training continues to be popular! Gymfinity's newly branded Dragon Warrior program is looking for upbeat, fun and reliable people to coach kids ages 4-12! If you are energetic and love kids, this job is for YOU!!!
You will help kids increase their upper body strength and improve their agility as they swing and traverse through different obstacles (including a 12 foot warped wall, in ground trampolines, a climbing wall, a rig designed to increase grip strength and an obstacle course).
Though we have a time tested curriculum, you can use your creativity to create fun and challenging obstacles each week. This is a part time position and we're looking for individuals who can work at least 8 hours/week. Classes are offered between 4:00 pm and 8:15 pm Monday through Thursday and Saturday mornings from 8:30-12:30 pm.

Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) is one of the fastest-growing and most exciting areas of gymnastics—and Gymfinity is looking for upbeat, fun, and reliable people to coach kids ages 4–18! If you’re energetic, love kids, and enjoy an active environment, this job is for YOU!!!
As a T&T coach, you’ll help athletes build power, body control, air awareness, and confidence as they learn skills on tumbling floors, tumble track, double mini, and trampoline. You’ll be teaching everything from basic shaping and safe jumping to flipping skills—always with safety and technique as top priorities.
We have a strong curriculum to guide you, but there’s LOTS of room for creativity in designing drills, tumbling progressions, and fun challenges each week.

We have a proven curriculum and structured lesson plans, but you’ll also get to bring your own creativity to drills, stations, and fun challenges that keep kids excited and engaged each week.
