Bummer Free Summer Camp is a licensed camp with the State of Wisconsin that runs for 10 weeks (June 12 - August 25) and is one of the most sought after programs in Madison! We are looking for experienced, fun-loving, and organized camp counselors to join our amazing team. Join campers on fun trips to museums, parks, splash pads and pools, sports stadium tours, etc, and be hands on with crafts and games! Experience with kids or a camp setting is preferred. CPR + First Aid training is required and provided by Gymfinity during training.

The fever around Ninja Warrior training is all the rage and Gymfinity's Gym Ninja program (www.gymfinity.com - Fitchburg, WI) is looking for upbeat, fun and reliable people to coach kids ages 4-12! If you are energetic and love kids, this job is for YOU!!!
You will help kids increase their upper body strength and improve their agility as they swing and traverse through different obstacles (including a 12 foot warped wall, in ground trampolines, a climbing wall, a rig designed to increase grip strength and an obstacle course). We have real ninjas that compete internationally on staff to train, coach and mentor you!
Use your creativity to create fun and challenging obstacles each week. This is a part time position and we're looking for individuals who can work at least 10 hours/week (more available!). Classes are offered between 4:00 pm and 8:15 pm Monday through Thursday and Saturday mornings.

-Experience working with children 5 to 12 years old is preferred
-Prior gymnastics, tumbling, and/or trampoline experience IS NOT REQUIRED
-Flexible part-time scheduling available (great for college & high school students!).
-Must be able to work a minimum of 2 weeknights after 4:00 pm and every Saturday morning.
-We're looking for someone available approximately 7-15 hours/week.
-The best part is, your schedule is the same every week for up to 5 months!!
The number one responsibility is hospitality and building relationships with our client families.
Best candidate would have a highly flexible schedule. 1-2 Saturday mornings per month required (8:00am - 3:00pm). 1-2 nights per week (5:00pm - 8:45pm). Average hours per week worked will be between 7-12 hours.
- Welcomes current and prospective clients and students in a prompt and friendly and professional manner, responding to inquiries with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrates a customer service orientation, treating internal and external customers with world-class service.
- Carries out typical office operations such as typing, photocopying, filing, computer work, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and other office activities.
- Answers incoming calls promptly and confidently provides accurate information to callers, taking messages or transferring calls when appropriate.
- May prepare and disseminate communications to the staff and clients.
- Will become proficient in the client management system which tracks classes, billing, family information, teachers and gym rotations.
- Will gain a firm understanding to be able to suggest the right classes and will promote and help families register for events hosted by the gym.
- Opens office promptly at designated time
- Proactively manages coverage and priorities (i.e. secures back-up for times of absence from desk)
- Maintains a clean and welcoming lobby, staff room and restroom
- Performs opening and/or closing duties to include lobby/staff lounge cleanliness, end of day accounting, unlocking/locking doors and filing cabinets, etc.
- Supports staff and management with gym and gym related tasks that may include helping maintain the cleanliness of the gym (vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing items).
- Assists management team with projects and completes in a timely fashion.

This position includes hosting our award-winning birthday parties, Parent's Night Out and field trips, and other opportunities for various community events. No experience is necessary! The only requirements are to LOVE being around children (and be able to be crazy & have fun with them), GREAT customer service skills, and have availability on the weekends.
Birthday parties are Saturday nights and Sunday during the day. Parents Night Out is once a month on Saturday night. Availability to work occasional weekday hours for school and daycare field trips is a plus.
Pay is based on the event type:
- Birthday Parties - $50-$55 per party (each party is 1 hour and 45 minutes) PLUS tips!
- Parents Night Out - Average take home is $175-$250 per event.

We host classes each Saturday morning for local special needs individuals. Our classes offer movement education for these individuals (ages 3-6 and 6-21) to move their bodies in a program that combines elements of gymnastics, fitness, and trampoline. We accommodate children of all skill levels.
We are looking for 1-2 coaches with experience working with special needs such as downs syndrome and autism to teach our classes scheduled each Saturday from 8:45-9:35. This coach will lead with a group of volunteers, as well as the parents, to facilitate the mornings' activities. Experience with gymnastics is NOT REQUIRED. Only having worked with special needs individuals previously is necessary.

- Spotting or to “spot” someone in gymnastics means to physically assist them in safely completing a skill. The amount of spot can range from cueing the gymnast to completely carrying the gymnast through the motion.
-Spotting requires physical strength, speed, and stamina to ensure the ability to safely, both for the spotter and gymnast, assist a gymnast with particular skills.
-Evening availability from 4-8:30 pm at least 2 nights per week is a requirement for consideration for this position.
