Bummer Free Summer Camp 2025 registration will open to active Gymfinity members and 2024 camp families on Monday, January 13th.

Registration will open to the general public on Wednesday, January 15th.

We are state licensed to accept campers ages 5 - 12 years old. 

Individual weeks: $432.00/week (excluding week 4)

Full summer: $3,888.00 

Week 4: $365.00 (Mon, June 30-Thurs, July 3, 2025)

Pricing above is listed per student. A 10% sibling discount applies to 3rd, 4th+ siblings after the first two registrations.

Camp runs Monday, June 16, 2025 to Friday, August 22, 2025. No camp on July 4, 2025.

No! We offer individual weeks as well as the full summer package.

Monday: Water day!  

Tuesday: Field Trip! We might zip line, ice skate, or visit the zoo!

Wednesday: We visit a movie theater to watch a kid-friendly movie!

Thursday: Field Trip! We might go to the arcade, play at Noah's Ark, or ride roller coasters!

Friday: Bowling and Pizza Party! We'll walk over to Ten Pin Bowling for lunch and bowling. LUNCH (pizza and soda) PROVIDED ON FRIDAYS!

Our camp runs from 7:45am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Parents can begin to drop off campers no earlier than 7:45am. We ask that all campers be picked up by no later than 3:30pm, unless enrolled in Aftercare. Any campers still in Gymfinity's care after 3:30pm will be enrolled in Aftercare at the expense of the family.

Yes! We have an Aftercare program that runs from 3:30pm - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you need extra time to pick up your camper, please make sure to sign up for Aftercare in advance to reserve their spot. Aftercare runs week to week and we cannot offer it on individual days.

We do not provide lunch for our campers (except on Fridays when we have pizza and soda at Ten Pin Bowling Alley). Campers are expected to bring a packed lunch with them Monday through Thursday. 

We do provide a morning snack and an afternoon snack for our campers each day. The snack schedule will be emailed to parents the week before and will be posted by check-in. If your camper doesn't like the snack that day, parents should pack a snack for them. Snacks are subject to change.

The State of Wisconsin requires that we provide families with the information on page two of this document.

Yes, when you register for Bummer Free Summer Camp, we will process your registration and charge a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is either 10% of total enrollment or $216 (half of one week's tuition), whichever is greater.

NEW: All summer camp fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2025.

Upon registration, a payment plan will be created based on registration date and amount of tuition. You will be charged an equal portion of tuition monthly (beginning of each month) leading up to the payment deadline of June 1st. The payment cycle will begin upon registration. 

If registration received after June 1st, full payment will be charged at time of registration.

Full summer cancellations must be received, in writing, by April 1, 2025 for a refund (less deposit). 

June and July individual week enrollment cancellations must be received, in writing, by May 1st for a refund (less deposit). 

August individual week enrollment cancellations must be received, in writing, by June 1st for a refund (less deposit).

If received after cancellation deadline, as listed above, no refund will be given. However, in case of an emergency, we are committed to providing suitable solutions.
