Bummer Free Summer Camp 2024 registration will open to active Gymfinity members and 2023 camp families on Monday, January 15th at 10:00am.

Registration will open to the general public on Monday, January 22nd at 10:00am.

We can accept campers ages 5 - 11 years old by camp start. This is due to our state license and we are not able to make any exceptions.

$420.00/week per student. A 10% sibling discount applies to 3rd, 4th+ siblings after the first two registrations.

$3,780.00 for the full summer per student. A 10% discount compared to signing up for all 10 weeks individually! A 10% sibling discount applies to 3rd, 4th+ siblings after the first two registrations.

Camp runs Monday, June 10, 2024 to Friday, August 23, 2024.

We have a camp break for the Fourth of July from Monday, July 1, 2024 - Friday, July 5, 2024.

No! We offer individual weeks as well as the full summer package. You can sign up for whichever weeks have field trips that interest your child or join us for the entire summer!

Monday: Swimming! We'll visit local splash pads, public pools, and lakes. 

Tuesday: Field Trip! We might zip line, ice skate, or visit the zoo!

Wednesday: We visit a movie theater to watch a kid-friendly movie!

Thursday: Field Trip! We might zip line, ice skate, or visit the zoo!

Friday: Bowling and Pizza Party! We'll walk over to Ten Pin Bowling for lunch and bowling. LUNCH PROVIDED ON FRIDAYS!

Our camp runs from 7:45am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Parents can begin to drop off campers no earlier than 7:45am. We ask that all campers be picked up by no later than 3:30pm. Any campers still in Gymfinity's care after 3:30pm will be enrolled in Aftercare at the expense of the family.

Yes! We have an Aftercare program that runs from 3:30pm - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you need extra time to pick up your camper, please make sure to sign up for Aftercare in advance to reserve their spot. Aftercare runs week to week and we cannot offer it on individual days.

$75/week per camper.

$675 for the whole summer per camper.

We do not provide lunch for our campers (except on Fridays when we have a pizza party at Ten Pin Bowling Alley). Campers are expected to bring a packed lunch with them Monday through Thursday. The State of Wisconsin requires that we provide families with the information on page two of this document.

We do provide a morning snack and an afternoon snack for our campers each day. The snack schedule will be emailed to parents the week before and will be posted by check-in. If your camper doesn't like the snack that day, parents should pack a snack for them.

Yes, when you register for Bummer Free Summer Camp, we will process your registration and then immediately charge a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is either 10% of total enrollment or $100, whichever is greater.

We charge for camp on a monthly schedule:

• Monday, May 21st = June Tuition Billed
• Wednesday, June 21st = July Tuition Billed
• Friday, July 22nd = August Tuition Billed

Full summer cancellations must be received in writing by May 13th, 2024 for a full refund (less deposit). If received on 5/14/24 or after, no refund will be given.

Single week enrollment cancellations must be received in writing 30+ days prior to the Monday of enrolled week (ex: cancellation for week 5 (7/15-7/19) must be received by June 15, 2024) for a full refund (less deposit).

However, in cases of emergencies, we are committed to providing suitable solutions.
