- Our monthly, theme-based lesson plans utilize hands-on engagement stations that can be modified to accommodate varying cognitive & developmental abilities.
- Athletes build self-esteem as they strive to achieve milestones in balance, communication, and gross motor skills.
- Participating adults create a supportive network where they can share strategies, advice, and celebrate victories together, understanding each other’s daily challenges and triumphs.
