What is Continuous Enrollment?

Continuous Enrollment means that our classes run year-round (September to August) and students can start whenever a spot is open.

We don't have seasons or sessions! Our classes are charged on a monthly basis (pro-rated for each month).

Students are able to start and stop their enrollment with Gymfinity whenever they like and aren't obligated to finish a season or session.

Students will remain enrolled in their current class until a parent/guardian requests the office to move them. Students may be advised by a coach to change classes based on age and skill requirements. All changes to classes can be made through our front office.

How Can I Withdraw from Classes?

We understand that families may need to pause their enrollment with us for a variety of reasons.

In order to do so, you will need to complete a Pause Form before the 20th of the month to stop billing for the following month.

Please contact our gym office at (608) 848-3547 or at gymoffice@gymfinity.com. We will email the Google Form to the email on file with your Jackrabbitt account. The Pause Form is a digital form and must be completed online.
